Join us once a month for a relaxed morning of good books, warm conversation, and community. Each month we’ll read an easy-to-enjoy selection that entertains, and spark conversation without feeling like homework. Perfect for anyone who wants a reason to get out of the house and connect with neighbors. Come for the book, stay for the company (and a cup of tea!)

If you have been wanting to brush up on your Spanish conversational skills, or are new to the Spanish language please join me for this ten week class. This will be a continuation of last year’s basic class. If you have ever studied Spanish, you will quickly be able to catch up. Emphasis will be placed

on expanding vocabulary and phrases used in everyday conversation as well as topics of student interest. Drop in for 1 class, or stay for all 10 weeks!

We will quickly review topics covered last summer and move on to learning more advanced conversations, vocabulary and reading short texts. Drop in for 1 class or stay for all 10 weeks!

Have you always wanted to learn how to crochet? Join us for this beginner-friendly two-part workshop designed for adults who are new to crochet or looking to refresh their skills. Over two one-hour sessions, participants will learn the basics of crochet, including foundational stitches, techniques, and how to start simple projects in a relaxed and supportive environment. This class is also perfect for parents and caregivers who want to better support the young crochet artists in their lives. Come learn a creative new skill, connect with others, and discover the joy of handmade crafting. All materials will be provided.

Saturday, June 13

Step into the tiny world of miniature art in this creative adult workshop led by local diorama artist Kimmy! Participants will design and build their own box diorama, recreating a favorite room, storefront, cozy corner, or imaginative scene in miniature form. Using a variety of provided materials, you’ll learn techniques for crafting detailed tiny spaces full of personality and charm. Whether you’re inspired by a beloved childhood memory, a dream shop, or a favorite place, you’ll leave with a one-of-a-kind miniature world to display and treasure forever. No experience necessary, all materials are provided, but you are welcome to bring what you'd like!

No abusive relationship begins with obvious harm, they begin with identifiable behaviors causing confusion, pressure, isolation and anxiety. In this workshop, we explore the early relationship red flags that quietly develop over time into abuse. This workshop includes: · Interactive discussion · Real-life scenarios and relatable examples · Safe, supportive environment · Learning the #1 most critical fact you need to know about an abusive relationship Food and beverages provided A small gift for each attendee, provided by The Windham Spa and Menos Skincare Awareness is the difference between leaving early, or finding out too late.

 There may still be snow on the ground, but spring is coming!  In this class we will talk about all things to be considered when you are planning a vegetable garden, big or small- even if you have been gardening for a while.  We will also map out when and where to plant your spring crops; there is so much to grow before May!

Explore the history and geology of the Catskills while channeling your creativity into a one-of-a-kind mixed media artwork inspired by our region. In this hands-on class, participants will be guided step by step through the creation of a finished piece using pastels, acrylic paint, and pencil. Along the way, students will learn about the Catskills’ unique geography, cultural significance, and iconic landscapes, drawing inspiration from the land’s natural formations and rich history. Create, learn, and leave with a completed artwork that honors the Catskills’ breathtaking scenery and enduring past.
